I am using SA on several sites but my homesite is in the root directory and when checked after uploading, I am told it's in the wrong directory, error 301? I can see it there if I browse or look with ftp program. Browsing will not allow selection of my / directory?

Is there any reason??

regards

You can leave the field blank and just publish. It should work if you do that.

Where are you getting the 301 error?

I select the publish ftp Server and it replies with the 301 error. The file is uploaded, however, Rage informs me the file is incorrectly installed?

There is no 301 error when publishing with the FTP client. It must be when you pressed the Test Sitemap button. A 301 error means the page you are trying to access redirects to another page.

What is your website URL?

Your sitemap is located at;

http://www.users.on.net/~lengcurt/sitemap.xml

So you should add your site to Google as;

http://www.users.on.net/~lengcurt/

And everything should work fine.
