I just recently (a couple of days ago) finished the SEO on my site:
www.tshirtmiami.com
I used Rage iWeb SEO tool and it is not showing up in google search of the main keywords, like custom printed t-shirts miami, I also used Rage Site Map Automator that I purchased from you guys, I am stock, I do not know what I am doing wrong.
Help Please?
Thanks a lot!!!!!!

Great question. I am glad you brought this up here. This is a common misconception that many users have, and I hope my answer will further educate users like yourself, and you will gain a better understanding of the way SEO works.
First off, it's great that you used iWeb SEO Tool and Sitemap Automator. I would definitely say those are of the most important things you must do.
Secondly, it is important to understand that these things don't occur overnight. People often wait weeks, sometimes months, to see their site show up in Google for the key words they are targeting. I wish it happened instantly, but unfortunately, that's not the case at all.
A quick note: When you use Sitemap Automator, and follow our instructional video tutorial, you should see your site show up in Google within a few days to a few weeks, if it not already listed in Google.
As for showing up for certain keywords(ie. custom printed t-shirts miami,) this is something that is never guaranteed. While you can target this keyphrase, it is important to know that just because you placed this phrase on your site, it does not necessarily mean that Google will index your site for that search term.
It is important to build up links, and continually check your rankings to see if you are making any progress. You can use SERank to check your rankings and see if you have improved.

Thanks a lot for the fast response, you guys rock!!!
Regarding your answer to my question: what do you mean by building up links? How do I do this?
Also, about the time that it takes for the site to show up in google, weeks and months, this created a question for me:
Does that mean then, that if I do any changes to the content of my page and some of the keywords in a title page, and after we scan it with Rage sitemap Automator and upload these changes, does that mean that I have to wait again for weeks or months, to see if the changes have hurt or helped the site's ranking?
Thanks again for your great support and patience in educating us.
Have a great day.
Sincerely:
Lao Gomez (www.tshirtmiami.com)

You can change around the content of the page if you'd like, but I would recommend leaving the title tag the same. At least until you determine that the keywords you are targeting are either working, or not working for you.

Thanks for this info. Its very helpful but I must be missing something.
At the end of March loaded all the SEO data and followed all the steps in the tutorial videos and the user manual. All went fine (I made the changes via the realtime option as opposed to the upload option), I completed small changes over the next few days with no trouble at all.
I can see in the header tags in the pages now so I assume all changes were made without error. Im coming up to about six weeks since I made the changes and still I cant find the site on any search engine. www.mimoo.com.au
Where have gone wrong? What could I be missing?
