I already have my site published to both my desktop and to my Mobile Me account. Do I delete the Mobile Me published website or will the WebCrusher folder I upload overwrite it? I don't want to blow weeks of work building my iWeb site.

WebCrusher will replace the files on your iDisk.
You can't lose any work because your website is in iWeb and can always be republished with it.
