I've just purchased webcrusher as it came highly recommended. However, I currently do my SEO with iweb SEO tool. I am crushing direct from my site file and once I've crushed I am directed to FTP upload, I would have thought I could have saved my crushed data and then put through iWeb SEO Tool to FTP. However, this doesn't seem to be the case. How do I get these 2 to work together, is it possible or have I just wasted good money.

What I usually recommend is the following:
1) Publish site to a local folder in iWeb
2) Optimize site in iWeb SEO Tool, then publish it to a local folder
3) Run that local folder through WebCrusher
4) Publish the site to FTP from WebCrusher
