I get the same two rejected urls every time I generate a sitemap. I have slowed down the indexing, but no different. Error codes both are -103.

I would really like to find out what is going on as my website has not been indexed properly by Google recently and traffic has fallen off. If it is in the site (miscoded) I can fix it, but I can't find anything that is wrong...

Please help!
