I updated a few pages of my site in iWeb and published to local folder, then opened iWeb SEO tool to check on metadata before publishing to ftp site. All the tags and meta data I had put in last time I updated were gone. This has happened before. I tried "Re-apply saved tags" but it didn't do anything. Only the head code was saved. All of the image data and metadata tags are gone. I would profoundly appreciate any suggestions. It's a lot of work.

Have you tried loading the site in, making optimizations, applying those changes, and then loading the site back in, re-applying the saved tags, to see if it saves the data at all?
