MailShoot is an incredibly versatile program for creating newsletters but the subscriber page is pretty dull. Is there a way to customize that page? It appears as if it is automatically generated based upon set and user created fields but without any ability to add graphics or design layout. Is that so or am I missing something?

The subscribe page is standard and can't really be editing the way you are describing. If you are using iWeb, you can add graphics and designs to the layout by just placing these items on top of the subscribe form.

I'm using RapidWeaver with Stacks. What do you mean 'on top of the subscribe form'?
