I've just purchased SEO tools and am starting the process.

A silly question, perhaps, but: when making a Manual Navigation Menu in iWeb, do the pages have to be in separate text boxes (hyperlinked to the actual pages, of course), or can they be in one text box with the appropriate text linked to the correct pages?

Place the links in separate boxes. This will make it much easier for you.
