Hi,

I am using SERank version 2.6.3 on OS X 10.7.4

I find that in any SE other than Google, SERank does not recognise my selected domain names in the search results. For example, I currently see in the "Search Results" tab, a relevant website at position 5 in Bing UK, however, SERank has not recognised it (not highlighted in bold) and therefore has not collected any ranking results.

All search engine scripts are up to date.

Of course my first consideration is that it is a bug, however, I will wait to see if the community has any suggestions before I suggest that to Rage.

First, always make sure your search engine scripts are up to date.

Secondly, what keywords, URL, and search engines were you searching in?

As mentioned above all search engine scripts are up to date.

The problem seems to occur on all search engines other than the various Google engines

Hopefully the screen grab below will help clarify the problem a little. As you can see, where I have added the red dots, the domain name www.churchillscabinets.co.uk is not being recognised in the search results.

Hi Andy,

I just tested out that site and those keywords in the same search engines and it appeared to work properly for me.

Can you try deleting that version of SERank and re-downloading it. Let me know if that works;
