[FIX] Improved support for Mac OS X 10.5. Especially Mac OS X 10.5.2 which prevented the integrated wizards from accepting mouse clicks. This update is needed for Mac OS X 10.5 or later. [FIX] Drag and dropping text would not properly remove the original block of text that was dragged. [FIX] Fixed problems wit smart indenting braces [FIX] Lots of minor bugs fixes and improvements
