This issue commonly occurs for the following reasons;
1) You did not export your entire iWeb website.

Usually a website exported by iWeb will contain all your files. However, sometimes your files won't all be contained within the folder you export too. Instead of going over the reason why this happens, you should just go to the File menu at the top of your screen while iWeb is the frontmost application. Then select 'Publish Entire Site...'. This ensures that all of your website files are exported properly.

Then open this folder in iWeb to WordPress

2) You didn't enter the correct website URL on export from iWeb

If you enter an incorrect URL here, your blog posts and comments cannot be imported. The URL that should be in here will be your web.me.com URL and will look like this;

http://www.web.mac.com/USERNAME/

Where USERNAME is replaced with your MobileMe username.

3) You changed your site name in iWeb before exporting to a local folder

iWeb to WordPress needs to know where your website is located online. It uses both the website URL and the Site name you enter in iWeb when exporting your website to find your site online. If you change your Site name to something different than what it was when you published to MobileMe, iWeb to WordPress won't be able to find your website anymore and therefore won't be able to get your website comments.

This can also lead to your website not being fully exported which is why you need to make sure you follow the first point in this article to publish your entire site.

Your MobileMe url looks like this and is where you can find out the Site name you used when you first published your website to MobileMe.

http://www.web.mac.com/USERNAME/SITENAME

Please refer to our step-by-step iWeb to WordPress video tutorial

4) You password protected your blog

If your blog has been password protected or cannot be accessed through a web browser, iWeb to WordPress will not be able to get your blog comments.
