Hi - Just a couple of questions about keyboard operation in Macintosh Explorer.

I'm a new Mac user, but so far have found Macintosh Explorer a useful substitute for Windows Explorer. It seems pretty fast and stable.

Two questions:

1) When I use the up and down arrows to move through a file list, it jumps two files at a time. This is really frustrating. Can you tell me - is there a function where I can set this to one file at a time?

2) When I select the file/folder I want to open (using the arrow keys) I'm then unable to open the file/folder by hitting 'Return' - I have to move my hand from the keyboard and use the mouse - again very frustrating. Is there a way i can set this up to accept input of the Return key?

Can't find anything on this subject in your help/FAQ pages - so hope you can advise.
