I have been able to publish my site, however when I view the page source in a web browser, I see no evidence of updated seo data that I had input. Specifically, I do not see updated titles, descriptions, image alt tags, or the presence of my google analytics code.
I am confident that the site has been published correctly because from iWeb, I make a small change then publish locally -> open with iWeb Seo Tool -> input my data -> publish to my ftp -> clear my web browser cache -> reload and see that the changes I had made originally in iWeb have been updated.

It does not appear that the site has been published through iWeb SEO Tool correctly. Please see this video tutorial to learn how to check this;
