I use both iweb SEO tool and SEIntelligence. I first use iWeb SEO tool and then go through the SEIntelligence report.
Is it only iweb SEO tool that converts h1 tags to html? Does SEIntelligence do that?
What about header code and footer code? Is that only in iWeb SEO tool?
And the favicon - is that also only iweb SEO tool?
Finally, is there anything else that iweb SEO tool does that SEIntelligence does not?
Sorry for all the questions, but I'm trying to streamline the process in which I get my sites ready to be published. I run them through iweb SEO tool, publish through webcrusher and then analyze everything with SEIntelligence. It seems like a lot of steps and I just want to make sure that there's no better way. This is not a fault of your software - it is all AWESOME! I just need to know that I am not wasting a bunch of time when there's an easier way or a better order in which to do things.
One more thing, is it possible to print a report of all the warnings and suggestions from SEIntelligence?
Thanks for your time on all this!

SEIntelligence converts the header tags as well, but it does it automatically as soon as you load the website folder in.
The header and footer code sections, as well as the favicon is available in the Site Settings section of SEIntelligence.
If you have SEIntelligence, you no longer need to use iWeb SEO Tool. You only need to use SEIntelligence from now on.
As of now, there is no reporting feature in SEIntelligence, but this is something we are hoping to add in the future.

Thanks for clearing that up. I have a new site that has not yet been published to FTP. I skipped using iweb SEO tool completely and went straight to SEIntelligence. When I finished I noticed I only had the option to publish to FTP, not a local folder. But, I want to run it through webcrusher too. Should I use webcrusher before SEIntelligence or the other way around? If I use SEIntelligence 1st, do I just hit 'apply all' in SEIntelligence and then drag the website folder into webcrusher?

Yes. SEIntelligence doesn't have the publish to folder option because as soon as you hit apply, the changes are applied to the original folder.
