I have had Google Sitemap Automator running for 14 hours & it is still running! Is there any limit on the size of the website that the software can handle?

The site I am trying to create the map for is: Coolosxapps.net

The Web Pages Added & the Links Scanned (bottom left hand side of the screen) are displaying numbers 1.229099E+6 & 1.291187E+6 (and still counting) at the end of counter.

I am running the software on a 2GHz PowerPC G5 with 2.0 GB DDR SDRAM.

I have attached a screen shot for your review.

Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

Do you have a lot of redirecting pages using the meta refresh tag or mod_rewrite?

Not to my knowledge. I just purchased the site so I haven't gotten completely under the hood yet.

p.s. It is STILL running after 24+ hours.

The reply I sent him was specific to his web site. I helped him develop filters to exclude certain pages. Since your web site is dynamic, you obviously have thousands and thousands of pages on your site. I would start by not adding each and every individual product page by creating a filter to not add urls that contain products_id
